EXCHANGE
Although we feel confident that you will be pleased with our lovely products.
Purchases made at Oxigeno Swimwear store or online at oxigenoswimwear.com can be easily exchanged for the same item in a different color or size within 30 days of purchase, provided they have not been worn or altered and are accompanied by the original price tag and receipt or packing slip. Please send the items in its orginal packaging, do not detach the hygenic protector, garments must be in perfect shape, unworn, unwashed and with out any smells, in case we receive these items in such conditions an additional 20% will be charged plus shipping.
With us shipping exchanges are always free for the first exchange.
When shipping back a product for an exchange please include inside the package a form with :
- Contact information
- Order number
- Please state if it is a return or an exchange
- Reason

We are not responsible for exchange shipping costs or lost items in the mail, the customer is responsible to track and insure the return package.
RETURNS
You may return our merchandise due to fabric imperfects for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
If your not 100% satisfied with our products you may return them for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they have not been worn or altered and are accompanied by the original price tag and receipt or packing slip. Please send the items in its orginal packaging, do not detach the hygenic protector, garments must be in perfect shape, unworn, unwashed and with out any smells, in case we receive these items in such conditions an additional 20% will be charged plus shipping.
Shipping charges are not refundable, however if you received free shipping, shipping charges will apply in the amount of $7.00 and will be deducted from the refund. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 5% of the price of the item, we charge this because these are our fees from our merchant account or paypal.
Refunds will be made the same method of payment from the original purchase, your account will be credited within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Remember customer is responsible for shipping the return in a trackable method.
